What we collect

Hire a VA form: your name and email, and optionally your company, phone, website, the services you are interested in, timing and any message you write.

Job applications: your name and email, and optionally your phone, location, experience, links to your résumé and portfolio, and your message.

Courses waitlist: your name and email, the courses you are interested in and your VA experience, and optionally what you want to learn.

How you found us: when you send a form, we also record the page you first landed on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which channels work. This is stored only with the request you send.

For security we record the network address a form was sent from, to stop spam and abuse. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you type your email on the home page, it is kept only in your browser tab to fill in the form for you.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, match you with an assistant, assess your application, send you updates about BeforeNine courses if you joined the waitlist, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and can only be viewed by the BeforeNine admin.

How long we keep it

Client requests are kept while we are in contact with you. Applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Waitlist entries are kept until you leave the list, which you can do at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what you sent us at any time. Reply to any email from us to make a request.

Team members using the BeforeNine dashboard are covered by the dashboard privacy policy.
